MPC-HC for audio sync

Sometimes the encode doesn't match up the audio and video tracks correctly. Recently I've discovered that, while playing in Media Player Classic - Home Cinema (1.3.1249), you can use the numpad + and - to change the audio delay, and once you've dialed it in (or at least have gotten it close enough), you can apply those changes during audio encode.
